Peter Böhni PhD

After 17 years in academia as a PostDoc and an Assistant Professor at UC Berkeley and SUNY Stony Brook, Peter applied his expertise in biochemistry, molecular biology and genetic engineering for more than 28 years in the global food industry. During the last 13 years, he developed new business models and advanced nutritional concepts for Bühler AG, a global technology provider for food/feed production and mobility.
